Industrial security describes the protection of production and industrial plants from faults, whether intentional or unintentional.

According to the Classification of Industrial facility, which is done by the
security consultant during the Risk assessment of the facility, the below mentioned security classifications are designed by the security engineers at the facilities as required by the facility owner.
